Salesforce Release Manager1
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Ownership: Manage automated pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or DevOps Center) and Git-based version control.
Environment Governance: Synchronize sandboxes, manage back-promotions, and oversee Data Mask for testing.
Deployment Execution: Lead Go/No-Go meetings and execute production releases with documented rollback plans.
AI Compliance: Version and deploy AI Agent instructions, prompt templates, and reasoning loops.
Quality Gates: Enforce unit testing (75%+ coverage), static code analysis, and security scans before promotion.
Required Profile
Experience: 4+ years in Salesforce DevOps/Release Management.
Tech Stack: SFDX CLI, Metadata API, GitHub/Bitbucket, and automated deployment tools.
Certification: Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect (Preferred) or Platform Developer I.
Skills: Expertise in branching strategies (Gitflow) and conflict resolution during merge wars.
