Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Day-to-day work includes performing manual testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations; validating data flows; and ensuring that new features meet functional and non-functional requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution. The engineer will also contribute to test planning, regression testing, documentation of test results, and continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and stability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Test Execution, including testing of Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ability to design, document, and maintain clear and comprehensive Test Cases for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform concepts (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps), and basic understanding of test management or defect-tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) or prior QA experience on Salesforce projects are preferred but not required.
