Job Title: Salesforce QE / QA Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Quality Engineer (QE) with strong automation experience to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce test automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Perform functional testing across Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, reports, data, and business processes.
• Perform API and integration testing for Salesforce REST/SOAP and external system integrations.
• Use SOQL to validate Salesforce data and perform backend/data integrity testing.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Analyze automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, requirement analysis, defect management, and release validation.
• Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, test reports, and regression suites.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce QA / Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing and CRM business processes.
• Experience with SOQL and Salesforce data validation.
• Experience in API testing and Salesforce integrations.
• Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# for automation.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Good defect tracking and test management experience using Jira or similar tools.
  
  

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer.
• Experience with Apex testing and Salesforce metadata validation.
• Experience with Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing and security testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
