Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Tester to support the CRMI platform by ensuring quality, stability, and reliability across Salesforce applications and integrations. The role involves functional testing, regression testing, and close collaboration with product, BA, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud / CRMI modules).
- Validate features against user stories and business requirements.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data setup.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like ADO/Jira.
- Collaborate with Developers, Company, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Support UAT cycles and ensure smooth business validation.
- Perform API and integration testing (e.g., middleware, external systems).
- Contribute to test planning and release readiness.
- Ensure overall system quality before production deployment.
Requirements:
- 3&ndash7 years in QA testing.
- 1&ndash3 years of Salesforce QA experience preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (ADO/Jira).
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and data models.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Automation testing experience (Selenium or similar).
