JOB DISCRIPTION :-
8-10 years of quality assurance experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce testing
- Proven experience building QA organizations or functions from scratch in previous roles
- Hands-on expertise in manual testing with basic automation scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Admin-level understanding of Salesforce platform and at least 2-3 clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, enterprise system testing, and deployment processes
- Experience with both small-scale implementations and large enterprise projects
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) and Salesforce-specific testing tools (Provar, Copado Testing)
- Experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (REST, SOAP)
- Understanding of data migration testing, ETL validation, and sandbox management
- Comfort with AI tools and ability to integrate them into QA workflows
- Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to context-switch effectively across multiple projects
