Role and Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry.

Sound testing experience on Salesforce.com using the Force.com platform and a good understanding of the CRM, Sales life cycles and software Development life cycles.

Hands-on training experience in System testing , Integration testing, Retesting, Regression testing,

Sanity testing, salesforce configuration part, Bulk testing, Basic part of salesforce development, sales cloud and service cloud.

• Created custom fields and page layouts.
• Prepared test cases and test documents.
• Perform system testing , Integration testing.
• Perform sanity testing , smoke testing , Bulk testing , API testing.
• Create defect report, traceability matrix.
• User training.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• BE IT / MCA / MSc Comp
