Salesforce QA Functional Tester & Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end functional, manual, and regression testing for Salesforce applications
• Write and execute test cases across various Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Develop test plans, test cases, and detailed test documentation based on functional and technical requirements
• Ensure all User Story Acceptance Criteria are thoroughly tested within Agile sprint timelines
• Perform integration testing, cross-browser testing, mobile testing, and translation testing
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader for data import/export operations (insert, update, delete)
• Participate in defect triage meetings, working closely with developers and stakeholders
• Write and execute automation scripts; contribute to automation projects
• Perform REST API testing and validate data exchanges between integrated systems
• Utilize or gain experience with Copado Automation for CI/CD and QA pipelines
• Collaborate with the development and project management teams to ensure high software quality
• Document and maintain test cases, scripts, and supporting data
• Support Agile Scrum processes and ensure timely QA deliverables
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours with US teams for effective collaboration

Required Experience & Skills

• 46 years of total QA/testing experience
• 4+ years in Salesforce manual testing, with relevant automation experience
• Strong understanding of business requirement gathering and functional breakdown
• Ability to work independently and drive complex QA projects
• Experience in REST API testing
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum QA environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to complex environments

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
• Automation Testing Certification (preferred)
