Job Title: Salesforce QA FSL

Experience :- 6+ years

Location: Bangalore

Duration: Full Time

Shift Timing :-

In-office hours (Mon-Thurs): 10:00 AM to 4:00 IST

Work-from-home hours: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST (All of Friday)

Notice Period:- Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for Salesforce Field Service implementations, configurations, and integrations

Validate field service workflows, dispatch logic, mobile technician experiences, and service appointment management

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and end-users to ensure feature completeness and functionality

Participate in requirement reviews to provide QA insights and testability feedback

Perform regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support

Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

Ensure testing is aligned with Salesforce best practices, release schedules, and business goals

Work with test data creation and environment validation to support accurate and efficient test cycles

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Qualifications:

3+ years of QA experience, including 12 years testing Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce Service Cloud

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, validation rules, and process automation

Experience testing mobile experiences (iOS/Android) related to field service use cases

Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
