About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce QA Engineer with strong Service Cloud and post-sales system experience. You will ensure the quality of Salesforce applications by developing test strategies, executing test cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and define test scenarios & acceptance criteria.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects; support root cause analysis.
- Validate user workflows and business processes with stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear test status updates.
- Collaborate on automated test scripts for regression and integration testing.
- Support troubleshooting of production issues and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with Salesforce features and QA best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce QA experienceService Cloud, Sales Cloud, APIs.
- Experience with SaaS/post-sales tools (TalkDesk, Gainsight) is a plus.
- Strong skills in test planning, execution, and documentation.
- Salesforce configuration and customization exposure.
- Knowledge of Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL.
- Experience with GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, ANT, and test automation.
- Familiar with ITIL/ITSM, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications preferred; ISTQB optional.
