About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, and/or Playwright to support enterprise-scale Salesforce QA and automation initiatives.The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Salesforce testing, automation framework optimization, and Copado-based QA processes. This role requires a consultative mindset with the ability to improve automation stability, increase test pass rates, and optimize overall QA delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks for Salesforce applications
- Develop and optimize automated test scenarios using Copado Robotic Testing
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium frameworks to Copado Automation
- Complete pending automation backlog and improve automation coverage
- Perform automated and manual validation for Salesforce and Agentforce implementations
- Analyze automation failures and improve test stability and pass rates
- Identify opportunities for QA process optimization and automation improvements
- Support enterprise Salesforce deployment quality and release validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Provide mentoring and hands-on guidance to QA team members
- Act as an extension of the client s QA automation and testing team
- Maintain defect tracking, reporting, and test execution standards
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 6 10 years of overall experience in QA/Testing
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing
- Strong experience in Salesforce application testing
- Proven experience in automation migration initiatives
- Experience working in enterprise QA and automation environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- - Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- - Selenium automation
- - Playwright
- Experience migrating manual and automated test cases into Copado Automation
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and optimization
- Automation stability /Test pass rates /Execution reliability
- Exposure to Salesforce platform testing and Salesforce-based applications
