Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in both functional and automation testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the SFDC development team to ensure high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing strategies, automation, and effective defect management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Salesforce (SFDC) development team to understand requirements and testing needs.
- Perform System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
- Identify and create test data requirements for applications.
- Record and maintain test evidence to ensure complete test coverage.
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Communicate with clients for issue resolution and status updates.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
- Contribute to knowledge management and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Testing
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience in System Testing and Integration Testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a client-facing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in:
- Creating Test Cases and Automation Scripts
- Executing manual and automated test cases
- Status reporting and client interaction
- Exposure to Telecom domain projects
