Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing across Salesforce modules and document defects
- Collaborate with teams to align test cases with user stories and specifications
- Perform regression testing and support customer onboarding/data loading
- Track client issues, generate support and invoicing reports
Key Deliverables:
- Maintain quality across Salesforce implementations
- Ensure smooth onboarding of customer data
- Provide timely resolution to support issues
- Generate operational reports for billing and customer success
