Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Testing | QA Automation | Sales Cloud | Service Cloud | Experience Cloud | Leapwork | Playwright | Regression Testing | Agile | Jira | Test Case Design | Defect Management
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Perform testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Understand Salesforce solution designs, business requirements, and user stories to create effective test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites covering critical Salesforce functionalities.
- Build, maintain, and enhance test automation suites using Leapwork and/or Playwright.
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects in collaboration with development and business teams.
- Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and third-party partners to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage testing activities within sprint timelines.
- Use tools such as Jira for defect tracking, test management, and project collaboration.
- Independently manage test planning, execution, reporting, and defect lifecycle.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain quality standards throughout the application lifecycle.
- 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
- Strong Salesforce testing experience, preferably across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in QA Automation.
- Experience with Leapwork and/or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of test case design, execution, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Good knowledge of Jira or similar test/defect management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with third-party implementation/support partners.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, workflows, and solution design.
