Salesforce QA / Test Engineer – Agentforce & AI Solutions

Experience: 1+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Work Mode: Remote

We are looking for a Salesforce QA / Test Engineer to validate Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, AI-driven features, workflows, integrations, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Test Salesforce Service Cloud, Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, and LWC.
Validate Agentforce actions, AI responses, prompt outputs, grounding, and hallucination checks.
Perform REST/SOAP API testing using Postman.
Create test cases, test plans, test data, and UAT checklists.
Automate regression testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or similar tools.
Track and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
Validate Salesforce security, data visibility, FLS, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
