Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong
techno-functional expertise in Salesforce, proven experience in
Agile project delivery, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership to ensure successful Salesforce implementations aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery
- Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-deployment support.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release cycles.
- Ensure deliverables align with Salesforce best practices and meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce partners.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage client expectations, project updates, and governance meetings.
- Drive user adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
- Technical & Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, and QA teams.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise platforms (ERP, middleware, analytics).
- Validate solution design, perform quality reviews, and ensure technical excellence before deployment.
- Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, dashboards, and retrospectives.
- Track and report on KPIs such as project timelines, defect rates, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide executive-level insights to leadership and steering committees.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of total experience in IT project or delivery management.
- 4+ years managing Salesforce CRM projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and ecosystem.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce DevOps Center, or Copado.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
