We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing CRM implementation projects, specifically in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. The ideal candidate will have around 8-10 years of project management experience and deep expertise in delivering full lifecycle CRM solutions that align with business strategies and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects primarily with Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation, risk management, budget control, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee integration of CRM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Facilitate change management activities including user training, adoption strategies, and support mechanisms post-implementation.
- Monitor project performance against milestones and KPIs, reporting status and escalating issues as necessary to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security standards, and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project team members to enhance project delivery capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on CRM implementations using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex CRM projects on time and within budget.
- Deep knowledge of CRM configuration, customization, and integration best practices.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM-related cloud solutions and SaaS deployments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Knowledge of API integrations, data migration strategies, and middleware tools.
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizational structures.
