Job Description

Position: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Mode: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and admins
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests
  • Ensure quality delivery aligned with business objectives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, with Salesforce exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP or Salesforce certifications preferred
