We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead our Salesforce implementation projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and extensive experience with Salesforce solutions to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking project progress and performance.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or risks.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in Salesforce implementation and project management standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-16 years of experience in project management with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configurations, and applications.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
