Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional who can effectively interact with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The candidate will analyze business processes, provide solution recommendations, and support integrations with external systems. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid functional understanding of Salesforce, and knowledge of Salesforce administration and development concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Analyze business processes and provide functional and technical recommendations.
Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions across different Salesforce clouds.
Act as a point of contact for clients and provide solution guidance based on Salesforce best practices.
Implement and manage Salesforce configurations and automation processes.
Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or middleware tools.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and improvements.
Maintain proper documentation for business requirements, system configurations, and processes.
Ensure the implementation follows Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience working with the Salesforce platform.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud concepts.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes and overall business workflows.
Experience working with Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Good knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including: User management, Profiles and permission sets, Security and sharing rules, Data management.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools, including: Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes.
Understanding of Salesforce development concepts such as: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work directly with clients and understand business needs.
