Role: Salesforce Production Engineer (Immediate Joiner)
Experience : 4+ years
Location- Mumbai Airoli
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce LOS applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approvals
- Data discrepancies and automation failures
- Support LOS processes:
- Loan applications, KYC, credit checks, underwriting, approvals
- Handle incidents, service requests, and defects via JIRA/ServiceNow
- Perform minor enhancements (config changes, reports, dashboards)
- Support integrations with credit bureaus, KYC/AML, payment systems
- Assist with UAT, deployments, and regression testing
- Ensure compliance with access control, audit, and change management
Salesforce
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Experience supporting Salesforce production environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DBE (Database Extension) concepts.
- Strong hands-on with:
- Sales/Service Cloud
- Flows, validation rules, approval processes
- Reports & dashboards
- Working knowledge of Apex (debugging) and SOQL
- Experience supporting BFSI / Lending / LOS platforms
Database & Systems
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL for backend data management.
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux for system and server-level troubleshooting.
Additional / Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
- Prior exposure to Lending Systems or Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a strong advantage.
