Hiring: Salesforce Product Owner (Contract Opportunity)

Location: India (Remote)

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension)

Working Hours: 160 Hours/Month

Time Zone: IST (with occasional overlap with EST for client discussions)

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to support the development and delivery of scalable digital products for a global client engagement.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and UX professionals to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and drive successful product delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and support execution of the product roadmap aligned with business goals

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Convert business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable product solutions

• Participate in discussions around system architecture, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities

• Ensure alignment between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews

• Track product performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Gather user feedback and market insights to enhance product adoption and capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:

5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related roles

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Solid understanding of SDLC and product development processes

Ability to translate business requirements into structured user stories

Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms) – Mandatory

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical Expertise:

• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• API-driven development and system integrations

• Cloud-based application environments

• Data-driven product development and analytics

• DevOps and CI/CD practices

• Salesforce platform capabilities, products, and integrations

• Exposure to AI-enabled features and automation is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms

• Exposure to large-scale integrations

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
