About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Presales Solutions Architect to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, etc.) and will play a critical role in designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into effective Salesforce architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery & Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures across Salesforce clouds, ensuring alignment with best practices, platform capabilities, and customer requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Build and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations that highlight Salesforce features and business value.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams and customers, providing guidance on architecture choices, integrations, data migration, security, and scalability.
- Proposal & RFP Support: Contribute to RFP responses, solution overviews, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations to support the sales cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA - in progress or certified)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
