Job Title: Salesforce Pre-Sales Engineer/Architect

Location: Remote

Employment Type: 12+ Months Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Salesforce Presales Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders to design innovative Salesforce solutions, drive deal strategy, and support business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into scalable and compelling technical solutions..

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and drive successful closures
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges, processes, and technical requirements
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Create high-quality solution architectures, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation
  • Provide effort estimations, solution sizing, and pricing inputs
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce products, releases, and industry trends
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong presales/solutioning exposure
  • Proven experience in a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect role
  • Deep expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in conducting demos, workshops, and client-facing discussions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
