What You Will Do1. Pre-Sales & Deal Support (40%)- Lead discovery with US stakeholders
- Translate ambiguity into clear problem statements & success metrics
- Design solution architecture and integration approaches
- Define scope, assumptions, and risks
- Create defensible estimates (staffing, timeline, QA)
- Support proposals and SOW development
- Participate in demos and POCs (Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau)
2. Delivery Leadership (30%)- Act as architecture authority and escalation point
- Drive delivery governance:
- Milestones
- Change control
- Release planning
- Stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between what is sold and delivered
- Maintain trust while managing scope

3. Hands-On Architecture & Team Building (30%)- Stay hands-on with architecture and design reviews

Required Experience & Capabilities- 8–10 years total experience in CRM / enterprise platforms
- 5+ years Salesforce (hands-on + leadership)
- Experience leading multi-workstream, integration-heavy programs
