Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce & Account Engagement (Pardot) Developer to join our
Salesforce Practice team. In this role, you will build and maintain seamless integrations between
Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot). Your primary responsibility will be ensuring
accurate data synchronization, preventing duplicate entries, and supporting an efficient lead-to-revenue
workflow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot).
2. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools (Flows,
Process Builder, Apex, etc.).
3. Manage data synchronization, deduplication, and field mapping between Pardot and Salesforce.
4. Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations for data accuracy and performance.
5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline lead management and campaign tracking
operations.
6. Build and maintain engagement programs, automation rules, and segmentation lists in Pardot.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration processes and data flow
diagrams.
8. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance
policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
2. Proven experience working with Account Engagement (Pardot) setup, automation rules, and data
sync configurations.
3. Strong command of Salesforce tools such as Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
4. Practical understanding of Salesforce–Pardot Connector setup and troubleshooting.
5. Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, or middleware (preferred but not required).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder
- Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein Analytics
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative team environments
