About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining CRM data quality, managing marketing automation campaigns, and supporting the commercial pipeline through accurate reporting and system excellence.
This is not a sales closing role, but a key position ensuring high-quality lead conversion, seamless collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and reliable CRM operations across global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Data Management & Hygiene (40%)
- Own and maintain data quality standards across all Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads)
- Execute regular data validation, deduplication, and cleanup activities
- Monitor and enforce data entry standards and validation rules
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, gaps, or errors
- Manage data imports, exports, and mass updates using Data Loader or similar tools
- Track and report on data accuracy and completeness metrics aligned with commercial KPIs
2. Pardot / Marketing Automation Management (40%)
- Configure and maintain Pardot instance including forms, landing pages, and email templates
- Build and manage prospect lists, segmentation, and dynamic lists for ABM campaigns
- Set up and monitor marketing automation workflows, drip campaigns, and engagement programs
- Support ABM campaign execution by configuring account-based lists and tracking
- Maintain Salesforce-Pardot connector integration and ensure seamless data synchronization
- Troubleshoot Pardot issues and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics
- Manage lead scoring models and grading criteria in alignment with sales priorities
3. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics (20%)
- Design and build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track commercial KPIs and SLAs
- Create visualizations for sales performance, pipeline metrics, marketing attribution, and client acquisition costs
- Develop custom reports for Board presentations and commercial leadership
- Implement and maintain real-time dashboards for Sales Managers and BDs
- Support marketing in tracking campaign performance and conversions
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required
4. System Administration & User Support (20%)
- Perform Salesforce system administration including user management, profiles, permissions, and security
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and workflow rules
- Provide user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing support to global commercial teams
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution or escalation
- Manage Salesforce release updates and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with external consultants or Salesforce support on complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance, storage limits, and API usage
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification highly advantageous
- Pardot Specialist or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certification advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as Salesforce Administrator or CRM Data Manager
- Proven experience with Salesforce data management, validation rules, workflows, and process automation
- Practical experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement including list management, campaign setup, and ABM workflows
- Strong experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Experience with data hygiene, deduplication, and data quality management tools
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations and declarative development (Flow, Process Builder)
- Experience supporting B2B sales or professional services organisations preferred
