We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce OMS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce Order Management System (OMS), exceptional problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Salesforce OMS solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance order management workflows and ensure seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver scalable solutions using an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) first approach with minimal custom code.
- Design efficient workflows and processes leveraging Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
- Provide technical solutions, estimations, and best practices for optimized implementations.
- Act as an individual contributor, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support the integration of Salesforce OMS with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and other systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce OMS, prioritizing configuration over custom development.
- Hands-on experience in at least 1 or more Salesforce OMS project implementations for over 2 years.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot OMS-related issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud integration with OMS.
