Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, and Apex.
  • Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices and coding standards.

Integration:

  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
  • Customization and Configuration:
  • Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
  • Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes and workflows.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Testing and Deployment:
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Deploy changes to higher environments following established change management processes.
  • Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Apex.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in OmniStudio(OmniScript, Flexcards, Data Raptors & Integration Procedures), Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is required.
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required.
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification is preferred.
