Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, and Apex.
Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices and coding standards.
Integration:
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes and workflows.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Testing and Deployment:
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Deploy changes to higher environments following established change management processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Apex.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.
Skills:
Proficiency in OmniStudio(OmniScript, Flexcards, Data Raptors & Integration Procedures), Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is required.
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required.
Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification is preferred.
