The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on OmniStudio tools and methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Salesforce OmniStudio tools and components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for developed applications and processes.
• Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce OmniStudio applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with OmniStudio.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its architecture.
• Proficiency in OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
• Experience with Lightning components and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data management best practices in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
