Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on the Salesforce platform. The role focuses on banking workflows such as loan origination, credit analysis, onboarding, and account management.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Development and Customization: Develop and customize nCino solutions within the Salesforce Lightning platform, including writing Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs, and building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

- Integration: Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Connect.

- Data Migration: Perform data migrations using Data Loader and ETL tools.

- Testing and Optimization: Debug, test, and optimize performance for Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.

- Collaboration: Work with business analysts and admins to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 2 to 5 years of Salesforce nCino development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations, SOQL/SOSL, and data migration
• Bachelor's degree in information technologies/computer science, Engineering/science, or a related field.
• Atleast 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as Salesforce ncino developer or in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred)
• nCino Developer or Admin Certification (a plus)

Technical Skills Required (Mandatory):

• Atleast 2 to 5 years of Salesforce nCino development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations, SOQL/SOSL, and data migration
• Atleast 2 to 5 years of relevant ork experience in Salesforce nCino development, and configurations
• Proficiency in Visual Studio Code with the Salesforce plugin
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrations
• Familiarity with Scrum/Age methodologies
