Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions on Salesforce using Salesforce Media Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient Salesforce Media Cloud architectures.
  • Customize Salesforce Media Cloud components to align with industry-specific workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce Media Cloud with external media management tools for seamless operations.
  • Implement advanced media functionality using Apex, Aura Lightning, and JavaScript.
  • Optimize Salesforce Media Cloud features to enhance content management and distribution.
  • Mentor junior developers and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Leverage Salesforce Industry Clouds and OmniStudio for tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Utilize Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, and digital commerce features for comprehensive solutions.
  • Navigate cloud integration challenges and provide bug support.
  • Understand Vlocity's suitability for enterprise-level businesses and its CPQ capabilities.
