Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) administration and operations.
- Execute Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Handle data management, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Perform SQL-based audience selection and reporting.
- Create and manage templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaign requirements.
Skills Required
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- SQL and data-handling skills.
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Qualification
B.Tech / BCA / MCA preferred
