Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to manage & optimize our marketing automation & customer engagement strategies. The role involves leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, implement & analyse marketing campaigns as well as ensuring the effective use of the platform to drive business growth.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support an existing instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud by creating new Journeys, Automations, HTML campaigns and SMS campaigns
- Have familiarity with Email Marketing best practices and current privacy regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including ad-hoc, drip, and targeted campaigns
- Ensure that Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs you are designing and building meet the client business requirements and technical requirements, including performance, maintainability and stability
- Create dynamic email content using AMPScript. Focus on creating mobile-optimized, accessible emails compliant with email service provider regulations
- Monitor and report on key metrics of email and digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs. Define and implement data management (cleansing, standardization, augmentation, enrichment) to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization
- Act as a technical owner and administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Klick organization. Support and collaborate with other Klick team members. Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes
Required Knowledge:
- Demonstrated proficiency in design, developing and maintaining Journeys in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design.
- Experience in optimizing websites, landing pages and HTML emails. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Maintain a Salesforce Marketing Cloud product certificate.
