Job Description

Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Triggered Send Emails, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio (Push Notifications)
Hands-on experience with Custom Activity Integration and Contact Builder from a development perspective
Familiarity with Social Studio and Advertising Studio is a plus
Understanding of the education domain is an added advantage
Experience designing and executing behavioral email and push notification journeys for consumers across websites and app stores
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for technical/functional queries from offshore/nearshore teams
Perform impact analysis, participate in high-level design, and create detailed design specifications
Build POCs to showcase new functionalities and prepare/review unit test plans
Good to have experience in third-party integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira
Must be independent, proactive, and possess strong communication skills
Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
