Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions
Drive 1:1 customer engagement strategies across web, mobile applications, and email channels
Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and architecture discussions
Collaborate with business and architecture teams to define system integration and governance strategies
Advise on enterprise architecture, performance optimization, and development best practices
Contribute to program vision and define technical strategies for marketing automation solutions
Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems
Guide teams in implementing scalable and high-performance marketing solutions
Ensure adherence to application governance, security, and development standards
