About the Role

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant/Developer - FTE Senior Technical Consultant level Positions / Immediate Requirement. Budget: upto 20 lacs USA East Zone Working Hours (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) - Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Email Campaigns.
• AMPscript - Personalization and dynamic email content scripting.
• Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) within Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Core (CRM) integration with Marketing Cloud.
• Data Extensions & Contact Model Management.
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Marketing Cloud Next.
• Agentforce exposure.
• AI Tools Exposure.
• The candidate should be comfortable using:
• Microsoft Copilot.
• GitHub Copilot.
• Claude.
• Other AI-assisted delivery tools for development, testing, documentation, and automation.

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate Profile 4-6 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with:
• SFMC implementation.
• AMPscript & SSJS development.
• Salesforce Core integration.
• Marketing automation and customer journeys.
• Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant preferred).
