Role Summary
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, you'll develop and execute high-impact email marketing strategies using Email Studio and Journey Builder. Leveraging AMPScript and SQL for dynamic content personalization, you'll analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Marketing Cloud Development
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build complex customer journeys in Journey Builder for multi-channel orchestration
- Create dynamic, personalized email content using AMPScript and SQL Query Activities
- Design audience segmentation and data extensions for targeted campaigns
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage complete email campaign lifecycle from design through delivery
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, ROI)
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate optimization experiments
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and industry best practices
Technical & Collaboration
- Troubleshoot Marketing Cloud configuration and deliverability issues
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems
