Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and optimize marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
- Design and build dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript and SSJS.
- Create and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder with decision splits and automation.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows in Automation Studio for recurring campaigns and data imports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud components.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and CRM teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing automation strategies.
