Job Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Location - Hyderabad/Gurugram/Noida

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Developer with an experience of 5-8 years.

• Execute and manage email campaigns and journeys using Email Studio and Journey Builder
• Develop and troubleshoot dynamic content using AMPscript and personalization logic
• Manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, and Automation Studio workflows
• Perform campaign validation, testing, preview, and deployment
• Support distributed marketing / advisor communications use cases
• Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation

Along with this,

• Handle INC tickets related to SFMC and MOD (CRM) systems
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Troubleshoot campaign failures, data issues, and integrations
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely communication
• Coordinate critical issue resolution

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SFMC APIs
• Distributed marketing familiarity
• Agile support model exposure
