Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 6+ years of IT experience and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Develop email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create and maintain automations using Automation Studio.
- Develop SQL queries for data segmentation, audience creation, and reporting.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns for performance and deliverability.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to implement campaign requirements.
