Job Description:
Jax Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned expert in the Salesforce ecosystem who specializes in designing, implementing, and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic mindset, and the ability to drive impactful marketing automation strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and high-performance Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Lead end-to-end marketing automation strategies, leveraging Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Advertising Studio.
- Develop and optimize data models, data mapping, identity resolution, and profile unification strategies.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow using REST & SOAP APIs.
- Implement automation workflows to enhance campaign performance and reduce manual effort.
- Provide strategic guidance and training to clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Drive the integration of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to enhance data-driven marketing strategies.
- Lead a team of developers and oversee project lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, RFP analysis, and project estimation.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, AmpScript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with data modeling, mapping, and unification within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proven track record of implementing successful email marketing and automation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration using Webcollect.js.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing strategies, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Experience working with Einstein Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
