Requirements

Lead the end-to-end migration from Account Engagement (Pardot) to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Next.
Configure and optimize the SFMC Next environment, with a strong focus on core platform integrations and Business Unit architecture.
Manage hybrid marketing operations by integrating legacy Pardot assets (Forms, Form Handlers) with newly built SFMC Engagement journeys.
Configure Data Streams and Data Lakes to centralize and harmonize marketing data from multiple source systems.
Design and implement Data Model Objects (DMOs) and Data Graphs to enable real-time customer profile unification.
Define and implement identity resolution rules to create a single, actionable customer view across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop advanced AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to support dynamic content, personalization, and data manipulation.
Design, build, and style responsive Landing Pages, Forms, and Form Handlers using HTML5 and CSS3.
Create complex, logic-driven workflows leveraging Salesforce Flow, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, SFMC Next, and Account Engagement (Pardot).
Proficiency in configuring Data Streams, Data Lakes, Data Models, and Data Graphs.
Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flow, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
