About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and marketing transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define marketing process needs, and support the implementation of scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. This role requires strong functional analysis capability along with an understanding of campaign operations, customer journeys, and marketing automation.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives
- Analyze marketing processes, campaign workflows, and customer engagement needs to recommend scalable solutions
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, journey requirements, and process flows
- Work with technical teams to support design and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions
- Support use cases related to email campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation, automation, and reporting
- Facilitate requirement workshops and business discussions with marketing, product, and delivery teams
- Participate in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and solution validation activities
- Assist in UAT preparation, campaign testing, and business sign-off
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, process efficiency, and user adoption
- Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of Marketing Cloud-driven business processes
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10 to15 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce business analysis with exposure to Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of marketing automation concepts, campaign workflows, customer journeys, and audience segmentation
- Expertise in requirement gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and documentation
- Ability to work with marketing stakeholders and translate business needs into solution requirements
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud capabilities such as journeys, email automation, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong collaboration skills across business, product, and technical teams
- Experience working in Agile or iterative project delivery environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related certifications will be an added advantage
