Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Automation Technical Consultant
- Configure and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced components including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and CloudPages.
- Implement automated communication journeys, onboarding campaigns, newsletters, and stakeholder engagement workflows.
- Configure audience segmentation, subscriber management, and communication preference management processes.
- Support development and configuration of personalized and dynamic email content using AMPscript, SQL, and reusable templates.
- Assist in the integration of Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems through APIs and middleware platforms.
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, transformations, and subscriber synchronization activities.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to journeys, campaigns, segmentation, automations, integrations, and subscriber data.
- Support campaign execution, scheduling, audience targeting, and reporting activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation including configuration documents, process flows, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, sprint activities, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and operational assistance activities.
- Assist in monitoring platform performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with CSI team and lead the deployment activities to different sandboxes and Production environments.
