We are looking for a Salesforce Manager to lead and evolve our Salesforce platform as we move toward an AI-driven commercial and service operating model.
This role sits within our Office of Transformation, which owns global enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP, enterprise data platforms, and AI initiatives.

What You Will Own
Salesforce Platform Leadership
- Own and evolve our Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Manage administration, configuration, and platform optimization
- Ensure stability, performance, and governance of the platform
AI & AgentForce Deployment
- Lead deployment of AgentForce AI agents across service and operational workflows
- Implement automation for:
- customer service
- IT support
- case management
- operational processes
- Integrate Salesforce with Microsoft Teams, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Support and maintain our custom forecasting framework
- Ensure reliable pipeline visibility and forecasting integrity
- Work with commercial leadership to improve Salesforce usability
Commercial Process Optimization
- Improve and streamline:
- quote generation
- contract management
- sales workflows
- Partner with the sales organization to improve the user experience of Salesforce
Platform IntegrationS
- Support integration between Salesforce and:
- SAP
- enterprise data platforms
- MuleSoft
- AI services and automation tools

What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Flows, automation, and Salesforce configuration
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and sales operations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with AgentForce or AI-powered Salesforce automation
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations
- Experience with cloud voice / telephony integrations
- Experience supporting services or commerce operations in Salesforce
- Experience improving quote processes and contract workflows
