Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership to manage a pool of resources effectively, ensuring zero slippages and high-quality code delivery.
Provide end-to-end ownership, ensuring process adherence and identifying ways to improve productivity quarter-over-quarter (QoQ).
Business Interaction:
Quickly understand business needs and front-face the team in interactions with business stakeholders and GTS leadership.
Ability to articulate work delivered by the team and provide weekly highlights on capabilities delivered.
Efficient Delivery:
Drive efficiencies within the team and bring value-adds to improve performance and productivity.
Create reports and presentations for leadership, along with periodic updates and escalations.

Key Technical Skills:

Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)
Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Conga
DocuSign
DevOps Tools

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication skills for reporting and articulating technical work.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
