Role Summary

We are hiring Salesforce professionals with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for application development roles. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

• Develop and enhance applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to solution design

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance

• Assist in documentation of application processes and workflows

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and application performance

• Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Good to Have

• Experience in Salesforce integrations (APIs)

• Exposure to Agile methodologies

Qualification & Skills

• Mini.3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities

• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications

• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
