Job Description

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience working in an enterprise Salesforce environment
Must have strong exposure to Lightning components and system integrations
Independently handle requirement gathering, impact analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate closely with client technical leads and architects for solution design and code reviews
Participate in daily Scrum stand-ups and proactively report issues or blockers
Engage in regular communication with Infosys teams and client stakeholders for updates and feedback
Mentor and guide junior team members, review their deliverables for quality
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for status updates and escalations
Understand and follow Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies
Coordinate with onshore leads for sprint planning and release management
Contribute to improving overall code quality and delivery timelines
