About the job:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Lightning Experience Cloud Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring a seamless integration with Service Cloud for robust case management, and collaborating closely with various teams to improve user experiences and platform capabilities across our organization.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud, leveraging your expertise in both front-end web technologies and back-end Salesforce development. You will also support integrations, deploy custom solutions, and help guide the evolution of our Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management.
- Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly experiences with Lighting Web Components (LWC) for Experience Cloud.
- Create and maintain Partner Communities, ensuring optimal user experience and security.
- Build and maintain audiences and login flows to improve user interactions.
- Develop with platform security measures in mind, including TLS, SSL, LWS, and CORS.
- Develop custom Experience Cloud features to meet specific business needs.
- Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform.
- Ensure high standards of data security and platform integrity, with expertise in SSO, integrations, user provisioning, and data sharing.
- Oversee and implement Experience Cloud deployments between environments, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with platform requirements. Experience with Gearset would be ideal, but familiarity with other deployment or CI tools would be acceptable.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices and development techniques.
About You
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), License types, and Service Cloud
- Deep understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) combined with strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud development.
- Proven expertise in Apex, including asynchronous Apex, governor limits, and error handling
- Experience with modern web design standards in JavaScript, including familiarity with Mozilla documentation (MDN)
- Familiarity with audiences and login flows in Salesforce.
- Experience working with Salesforce Knowledge and its integration with Experience Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CMS to manage content.
- Strong understanding of platform security, including Salesforce security architecture and general security best practices
- Solid understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations for Experience Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD deployments and handling Experience Cloud bundles between environments.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS-based environment.
- Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
- Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.

Compensation Range
$69,852-$97,094
Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
