Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in LWC, Apex, web services, integrations, and core Salesforce platform architecture. In this role, you will lead technical design and development of scalable solutions, build advanced Lightning Web Components, develop robust backend logic, and implement secure integrations. You will also enhance case-management workflows and improve agent experiences through targeted use of AgentForce, Apex, AI, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills :
- Develop high-quality Lightning Web Components (LWC) for internal apps and Experience Cloud/Community portals, using modern JS and reusable component patterns.
- Build responsive, scalable UIs integrated with Apex controllers, LDS, wire adapters, and platform events.
- Implement community-specific features such as guest user access rules, sharing models, navigation menus, and branded pages.
- Write robust Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes supporting complex business logic.
- Design and implement secure REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and integrations with external systems.
- Optimize data access and performance using SOQL/SOSL best practices and governor-limitaware design.
- Apply Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for version control, automated deployments, and release management.
- Build reusable frameworks and utilities to streamline LWCApex communication across internal apps and community portals.
- Create high-coverage Apex test classes and Jest tests for LWCs to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Perform end-to-end system testing, create realistic test datasets, and support QA during production releases.
- Configure and extend Experience Cloud settings (profiles, roles, page access, login flows) aligned with security best practices.
- Customize necessary Agentforce actions (case creation, escalation, assignment) when relevant, while prioritizing core platform development.
- Collaborate with product owners and analysts to refine requirements, enhance UI/UX, and continuously improve platform workflows.
Additional Skills
Experience crafting dynamic AgentForce workflows and AI-driven decision models (Einstein Prediction Builder or similar).
Responsible for evaluation, testing, and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades in Salesforce

Education & certifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce credentialsAdministrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultantare a plus.
